Principals
Martin has a degree in golf course operations from Lake City College, and has over 40 years of experience in the golf course development industry. He has built golf facilities around the world with many of today’s most famous and distinguished architects. Martin is widely regarded as one of the foremost experts on golf course construction.
With more than 35 years of experience in golf course construction, development and agronomy, Gavin joined Flagstick as Vice President and Partner in 2024. Gavin heads up Flagstick Vietnam office where he has more than 12 years in country experience, Gavin resides in Hanoi.
